A Doll's House objects (static monsters, interactive objects and more):

 

          




Destructable blinking skull lamp.
Dangerous when close when the light is on. The lamp can only be destroyed by an explosion, caused by a missile or a nearby barrel.
The lamp blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is destroyed, not after. Note: Destroying a lamp does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Destructable killer plant.
Dangerous when close. The plant can only be destroyed with the axe.
The plant blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is destroyed, not after. Note: Destroying a plant does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Destructable sea monster.
Dangerous when close. This monster can only be destroyed with the axe.
The monster blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is destroyed, not after. Note: Destroying the monster does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Unlit red floor lamp.
Will make a nearby shadow (enemy) disappear when turned on.

 

          




Openable chests.
The chests' locks can be picked with the knife only.
A chest holds either a Cross, a Star of David, a 'silent' ammo bag, a Death chalice, a Garden gate key or an Uhyre/Wand, see below.
A chest blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is opened, not after. Note: Picking a chest's lock does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Chest with an Uhyre/Wand.
Dangerous when close. The Uhyre can only be destroyed with the axe.
You need to destroy the Uhyre in order to acquire the Wand. Note: Destroying the Uhyre does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Explodable barrel with poison.
When it explodes it will kill or hurt enemies and the player when within the explosive radius, depending on the distance to the center of the radius.
Has effect through doors and walls. Takes a few shots but only one missile, plasma ball or blast of energy, before it blows up.
The barrel blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is blown up, not after. Leaves a poison puddle. Note: Blowing up a barrel does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Explodable barrel without poison.
Same as the previous except it leaves no poison.

 

          




Breakable vase.
Breaking the vase will release a small ghost, but it is harmless. Needs only one hit with the knife.
The vase blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is broken, not after. Note: Breaking a vase does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Breakable mirror.
Breaking a mirror will not kill or hurt any enemies or the player. Needs only one hit with the knife.
The mirror blocks the passage of enemies and the player before it is broken, not after. Note: Breaking a mirror does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Axe stealer.
Hits you with it when stealing your axe. Takes 25 from your health. Kills you when your health is 25% or lower.

 

          




Purple monster.
Instant death unless you have the heart from the girl (episode 1-10) in which case you can destroy it by walking into it. Otherwise it will slurp you up.
In episode 12 and 14 (12 and 12X for Android) you can destroy the purple monster after having killed The Devil Incarnate.
In episode 15+ (13X, 13DLX, 14 and 15 for Android) you can destroy it after having saved the 9 additional girls.
Note: Destroying a purple monster does NOT add to the kill count.

 

          




Monster plant.
Works the same way as the purple monster except in episode 18 (15 for Android) where you can destroy this plant after having saved 6 of the additional girls.

 

          




Vegetation.
Non-blocking. Harmless, but it obstructs the view considerably making it difficult to notice enemies.

 

          




Basket.
The basket has the special ability to block or stop a secret door while not blocking the passage of enemies and the player.

 

          




Piano without a skeleton.
This piano is played by a skeleton on a previous or later occasion.

 

          




Magical chest.
Marks a teleporter position.

 

          




Game/Level exit. In some games/levels where the exit position is not (kind of) obvious, the exit is marked with this item.

 

          




Climbable iron ladder.

 

          




Closing fence or grate.
A closing fence or grate will block a passage that was previously open. They come in different designs.

 

          




Openable gate, unlocked.

 

          




Openable gate, locked.

 

          




Stuck gate, previously unlocked.

 

          




Stuck gate, previously locked.
